Dr. Jim Walter has 10 years of clinical experience developing preventive and rehabilitative strategies for individuals with heart disease, along with 23 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Through these combined experiences, he has learned that it is really incumbent upon each of us to take more responsibility for our own health. Regular exercise would be a great start, BUT data from the CDC indicates that less than 50% of Americans do so.

As a dynamic speaker, he shares insights, practical tips and the science behind the
benefits of incorporating more movement into your day by re-engineering your daily routines.
