Most people do not know how much protein they should be consuming, let alone how much they actually consume daily.  This episode is the first of a multi-part series about nutrition.  Before getting into the nitty gritty of protein, I give a brief overview of macronutrients and why they matter.  All macronutrients are important, but protein is of utmost importance for aging women and anyone trying to build a lean physique. Really....everyone.
