Plant-Based Eating is getting a lot of attention as of late.  But what does it mean?  Is it worth the hype to modify your diet to fit a plant-based eating pattern?  Isn't that the same as being vegan? What's wrong with eating meat?

All of these questions and more are answered in this episode.
